In addition to pet care, we can assist with house chores like mail collection or even plant watering. Our sitters are skilled in grooming and medication administration as needed. You'll receive regular updates, including photos and detailed notes, for peace of mind during your absence. Trust in our licensed and insured services for a worry-free experience.
participation requirements
Safety and ensuring a positive experience for all pets in our care are paramount. We kindly ask that your pets are comfortable and amicable around people to create a secure and enjoyable atmosphere. This is vital for their safety, reducing stress, providing effective care, and ultimately, ensuring a positive overall experience.
cancellation policy
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 48 hours notice. A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will result in full payment of your reservation.

For your convenience, we provide the option of both individual visits or two visits per day.

Our once-daily visit offers a comprehensive care package in a single visit, which includes feeding, exercise, playtime, and specific care tailored to your pets.

Two visits
This package deal ensures your pets receive double the attention, including feeding, exercise, playtime, and specific care needs, at two separate times daily.

Holiday rate
This up charge allows us to give our employees a bit of a bonus on those busy, busy days.
