overnight stays with us
Unfortunately, it’s not always feasible to take your pup with you on those out of town trips. We offer safe, trustworthy overnight dog boarding that includes a full day of play in our indoor and outdoor play yards. We’ll make sure your dog is having the time of their life throughout their stay, and keep you updated with a detailed report card filled with pictures at the end of each day!
how it works
Our boarding guests join our day care group during the day to play in our supervised and monitored indoor and outdoor play yards. We only kennel them for feeding, breaks, and bedtime. In order to accommodate your schedule, we do not charge for day care on pickup day until after 10 AM. If you are unable to pick up your dog before that time they will start accruing day care charges.
Drop-offs and pick-ups can be scheduled any time during business hours. Please see the day care section of the website for rules.
We strongly encourage morning or early afternoon drop-offs to allow for plenty of playtime before bed. Tired dogs are much less likely to experience anxiety and stress at night. Lucky for you, the boarding fee covers the entire day regardless of the time they were dropped off!

We do not offer drop-offs or pick-ups after those hours. It’s important to us that we be respectful of our staff’s after hours plans. Dogs not picked up by closing time will be checked into overnight boarding at owner's expense and a $3 meal fee will apply to ensure the guest does not go hungry.
cancellation policy
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 48 hours notice. A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will result in full payment of your reservation.
vaccination services
If you don’t want to go through the hassle of visiting the vet, our staff are trained in the administration of vaccines. Add them on to your pup’s reservation to ensure they remain up to date!

nightly rates
Our boarding services are charged by the night, but your dog will start accruing day care charges after 10 AM on pick up day. We do offer a 15% discount for multiple dogs of the same household.

Our kennels are very spacious, and we do offer the option to share. Feel free to bring toys, bedding, and treats to help them feel more at home! If your dog is not picked up by 10 AM they will start accruing day care charges.
+ $10 Holiday Rate
This up charge allows us to give our employees a bit of a bonus on those busy, busy days.

health policy
At Animal House Day Care, our top priority is the health and safety of your dog. Before you bring your dog in for their appointment or reservation, please make sure your dog is up to date for their age on their Distempter, Parvo, Bordetella and Rabies vaccinations and that we have a copy of those on file. Our requirements may be different than what you’re used to, so check with us to see how often these vaccines are required in order to use our services.
If you are getting your dog up to date on vaccines before coming to see us, please allow at least 10 days for proper absorption. If your dog is not up to date and/or we do not have records on file we reserve the right to refuse service to you and your dog.
We ask that if your dog has shown any signs or symptoms of any sickness within 24 hours before your appointment/reservation that you please call and cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please be aware, when using any of our services, even though we take all the precautions that we can by requiring up to date vaccines and cleaning and sanitizing daily, there is still a chance that your dog may get sick while at our facility.
If you have an intact female, please understand that this is a group play environment, and even though we currently allow them to participate, we stress that this is at the owner’s own risk and we are not responsible for any possible mishaps. Females must have completed their heat cycle in its entirety before we can allow them to participate. If they start their heat cycle while in our care they will be required to leave the facility immediately.
